Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging. Embellished items (pearls, rhinestones, appliqués) are inspected on arrival.

Free Size Exchange
Need a different size? Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a one-time size exchange at no extra cost, subject to availability.

How to Start a Return
Email us at admin@silkysalt.store with your order number and the reason for the return.
We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted.
Ship the item back using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to return the item in most cases.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled, but you may still return it under this policy.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, subject to the condition requirements above.

UK 14-Day Cancellation Period
If your order ships to the United Kingdom, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, subject to the condition requirements above.
