Shipping Policy

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on every order to every country we deliver to, with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered in 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak seasons.

Tracking Your Order
Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your package ships. Tracking may take 2–4 business days to update after dispatch.

Taxes & Duties
Taxes and import duties are included in the price shown for the countries we currently sell to. You won't be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.

Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days or your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at admin@silkysalt.store and we'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund where appropriate.
