Free US Shipping We offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Delivery Times (United States)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days after dispatch
- Express Shipping ($9.99): 5-8 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak seasons.
Tracking Your Order Every order includes a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as your package ships. Tracking may take 2-4 business days to update after dispatch.
International Shipping We ship to select countries outside the US. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Address Changes Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We cannot change the address once the order has shipped, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days or your package hasn't arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us at admin@silkysalt.store and we'll investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund where appropriate.
